About
Us
North Shore Yoga our mission is to create
a home of spiritual gathering that offers vigorous Vinyasa
Flow and Ashtanga classes. We are dedicated to helping each
individual reach their fullest potential both physically and
spiritually, while fostering a sense of community.
- We offer a challenging but careful practice,
available to all levels
- We honor the purity and tradition of
Ashtanga Yoga according to
Sri. K Pattabhi Jois.
- Our classes offer a place of spiritual
training by incorporating pranayama, chanting, meditation,
and readings.
- We believe with a strong body we are
able to purify and control the mind providing a foundation
for spiritual attainment.
- Most importantly, we encourage mindful,
balanced and healthy living—making yoga a way of life.
